My friend, Carrie got hitched on Christmas Eve. She wanted me to make her a 3-tier butter vanilla with strawberry and cream filling for the cake. The colours she chose were off white and pink. The flowers of her choice was of course peonies. I had a hard time making the cake as the weather was rainy and the sugar just won't set unless it was in an air-conditioned room. Am glad the cake turned out just fine despite the weather setbacks!!
