To celebrate the occasion of a 57th birthday, I made this underwater cake in 3-tiers as a birthday gift to Pak Halim Ashari, the CEO of BW Plantations, Indonesia. The cake is blue to refelect the colour of the sea and the cake is decorated with sea shells, coral reefs, sponges and underwater plants with the base reflecting the sand. The cake is surrounded with 20 mini cupcakes with the underwater life on them. Theme colour is blue and the cake is butter vanilla (my bestseller flavour)...
